First, you will need to login to WHM. This is typically done via your hosting provider's website or by entering your server's IP address followed by ":2087" in your web browser.

Once logged in, look for the Email section in the left-hand menu. Click on Repair Mailbox Permissions.

Step 3: Click Proceed

In the Repair Mailbox Permissions window, click Proceed.

Step 4: Confirmation

WHM will now repair the permissions for all the mailboxes. Once the process is completed, you will see a confirmation message.

Possible Issues

If you don't see the Repair Mailbox Permissions option in your WHM, ensure that you are logged in as the root user. If you're still having trouble finding it, your hosting provider may have disabled this feature.
